Order processing times

Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Some orders may take up to weeks and pre-order items may take up to 4 weeks to 5 weeks. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order. 

 

Shipping times

We ship from our warehouses located in the United States. We currently ship to the United States only with plans to expand to new countries in the near further! 

• Orders shipping within the United States will arrive within 5-10 business days. 

 

Shipping costs

Orders shipping to an address in the United States with an order value of $125 or less before taxes, have a flat rate of $8.

Orders shipping to an address in the United States with an order value of $125 or more before taxes, have free shipping.

Orders shipping UPS shipping rates which are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the products in your order.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations

Full refunds and exchanges are offered for regular priced merchandise within 20 days of purchase, or within 20 days that tracking indicates an order has been delivered. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used to make the purchase. For all returns or exchanges:

• Items must not be washed, worn or damaged. 
• All original tags must be attached. 
• You must present a valid receipt. 

Sale and discount items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
